Job Title: Fruit and Veg Supervisor

Location: Witbank

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fruit and Veg Supervisor to join our

team in Witbank. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh produce and a

proven track record in supervising a fruit and vegetable department.

Responsibilities:

● Supervise the day-to-day operations of the fruit and vegetable department

● Ensure the quality and freshness of all produce

● Manage inventory and order stock as needed

● Train and supervise department staff

● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

● Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Fruit and Veg Supervisor or similar role

● Knowledge of fruit and vegetable varieties, quality standards, and storage

requirements

● Strong leadership and communication skills

● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

● Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
