Butcher Manager Oudtshoorn

Large Established Meat processing plant in Cape Town which specialises in full range of emulsion products and hams, is seeking to employ a Butcher Manager with a minimum of 5 Years’ experience in the field to manage the daily running of the butcher shop. Responsibility: Duties will include but not limited to: • Responsible for daily running of shop, • Control of stock, • Cash ups, • Daily banking, • Opening and closing store, • Managing the staff

Salary: R15 000 - 25 000
