  The role requires you to be experienced, organised and have good leadership skills.

  Salary starts at R10,000-R16,000 per month depending on experience level and performance.

  Responsibilities:

• Proactively oversee all aspects of a Kauai store, maintaining excellent function and high standards of customer service from all staff.

• Follow all company policies and procedures and hold the team accountable for the same

• Manage inventory including ordering and stock counts.

• Monitor cost of sales and actively maintain strict thresholds.

• Organise staff rosters and keep labour cost in line

• Grow sales by proactively engaging in local store marketing

• Cleaning & maintenance of all equipment ensuring no damage

• Report to & work with the Area Manager.

Requirements:

• Cape Town-based applicants only.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

• Strong managerial and organisational skills.

• Tertiary qualification an advantage.

• Own transport an advantage.
