Position available for an experienced Butchery Manager at Kakamas Spar.

Requirements:

-Fluent in Afrikaans and English

-4 Years Management Experience in a butchery

-6 Years Blockman Experience

-Matric Certificate

-Computer Literate

-Own Transport

Responsibilities

-General management responsibilities normally associated with a butchery in a retail store. Including managing butchery staff.

-Implementing production schedules.

-Implementing and maintaining food safety, and, health and safety policies.

-Ordering of stock from suppliers and negotiating prices.

-Block Tests, calculating GP's, and selling prices for all butchery products.

-Quality Control.

-Drive Sales.

-Meet sales targets.

-Waste Control.

-Weekly Stocktake.

-Excellent customer service.

-You will be required to get your hands dirty, and lead your department by setting an example to your staff.
