Store Manager / Supervisor

I am looking for Store Managers & Supervisors with a client I am working right now in clothing space.

Stores in Western Cape:
Hermanus – Store Manager – Group A
Franschhoek – Supervisor – Group B
Longbeach – Supervisor – Group C


Group A Stores :
Note : with the upper end of the A group stores we would prefer a Store Manager as the performance/sales expectation from this candidate is exponentially higher than a simple Supervisor.

Salaries you are looking at depending on experience:
R6000 – R7000 for Supervisor (plus incentives/commission)
R8000 – R9000 for Store Manager (plus incentives/commission)

Retail Hours.

Job Spec (The roles are both very similar)
Minimum Requirements:
3 – 5 years Supervisory experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience preferably in the clothing sector.
Must be an effective communicator with strong leadership skills
Strong customer service ethic
