Assistant managers – V&A, Cavendish, Somerset, Tygervally, Constantia and Gardens

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Management experience in fashion or luxury retail ONLY
• Proven sales performance and target-driven mindset
• High energy, driven, responsible and accountable
• Strong integrity, maturity and initiative
• A "make it happen" attitude
• Process-driven with strong operational thinking

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Manage stock levels and inventory control
• Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets
• Lead, motivate and inspire a high-performing team

Preferred Personality Traits
Confident, ambitious, loyal, honest, energetic, conscientious, humble, driven to succeed
