KEBAB GRILL FOR A TAKEAWAY – BRAND NEW. The machine is the best you can get and
you will not find the features it has in other grill. When considering other
machines, first compare the below features. I guarantee no other machine on the
market can rival this specification. - Full stainless steel construction for
all areas related to the cooking process. - Telescopic sliding tower to
maximize heat to the meat product - Infraglow burners that have a unique mesh
that glows / cooks even when the burners are off - Saves gas - Burners positioned
horizontal, not vertical to save gas. Other machines need another burner to
match the cooking area off this machine. - Flame failure thermostat valves on
all burners. Should the gas supply rum out the burners automatically cut off. -
Fully sealed motor unit with a unique bearing system. There is no weight
directly onto the motor, so there is no chance of the motor burning out from
wear and tear. - The base to motor section is fully welded and so one of the
biggest faults in other machines is eliminated, ie: grease seeping down from
the base into the motor, causing the motor to seize. That is a very common
fault for machines over a year old. - detachable side flaps, that increase /
deflect heat to the cooking area. - Foot switch that enables cm by cm rotation
of the cooking bar to allow 2 hands to be used to cut / slice the meat product.
- Extra large fat / grease drip tray, so
emptying is not a regular hassle. There are other features not mentioned, but
needless to say the above make this unit a stand out from the rest. Size is
1100mm High. 470mm Wide. 670mm deep. Is a new unit with some protective plastic
still on it as shown. Advertised at a bargain price off R9,500. The machine is
configured to work off bottle gas, but can also work of natural gas. It is
recommended that a experienced gas catering engineer commissions the machine.
