Hi all, i'm selling my beloved giant trance aluminum
it is the hilux of trail bikes, the best bang for buck bike out there in my opinion it will get you anywhere and will never let you down
it is truly the perfect all round bike to do everything with, especially with mine having the f o x talas adjustable fork length with the flick of a button it changes the fork length from a 130mm to 160mm, this makes it feel like a marathon bike on the climbs and an enduro bike on the decents
i have had the bike since new, bought the frameset from williams bike shop in 2017 and custom built it to be a bulletproof bike, my priority was frame, suspension and wheels the giant trance frame is perfect balance between weight and strength while the fox suspension is super plush and extremely strong (fork was serviced last month by williams) and the d t swiss 35mm wide rims are beefy, stiff and very durable
the drive train and brakes are a combination of shimano parts that are also very reliable and affordable to maintain with lots of life left in it
full race face cockpit and lyne x l dropper post, again bought to last
short after i bought the bike i shifted my attention to other sport and the bike stood for couple of year after which i started riding again, so it wasn't always used
due to the nature of the sport the bike has some cosmetic wear but mechanically i always tried to keep it in top shape
reason for selling is i bought a new bike and unfortunately cannot afford to keep this one, even though i would've liked to
i really love this bike, it is extremely capable and all round very fun the 27 5inch makes is easier to handle and fast through the technical sections
i'm not in a rush to sell and would like it to go to a good home
