Working the full body in a workout elicits the biggest hormonal response in terms of calories burned, and muscles tone/built, while knowing you didn't neglect any part of your body!
You can repeat this plan over several weeks, since the exercises for each workout is different. It starts with easier exercises and gets progressively more challenging.
Each workout lasts about 30 - 40mins, and you don't necessarily require equipment.
