This home gym system is very complete (Before they realized they could sell 4

different machines and make more money)

It is in a good condition with one or two small holes in the seats and I think there is a spacer/bush missing that could be sorted out easily.

Exercises that can be done with it includes leg extensions, fly, squats, leg raises, lats, push ups, etc.
