Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive a performance-led, digital-first marketing strategy for the Group
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team (performance, data/CRM, creative, content, and dealer activation)
  • Oversee digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other digital platforms
  • Ensure OEM CI compliance and alignment with national marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI reporting
  • Oversee content production, creative asset development, and brand storytelling
  • Ensure consistent execution of campaigns across several dealerships
  • Maintain dashboards, analytics, and CRM accuracy in collaboration with the Data & CRM Specialist
  • Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance results to EXCO
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with OEM partners and Dealer Principals
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, digital media, business, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Digital Strategy) advantageous
  • 710 years experience in senior marketing/digital leadership roles in the automotive industry
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance media
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-rand marketing budgets
  • Automotive retail or multi-brand environment experience beneficial
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, attribution modelling, and dashboards
  • Comfortable with travel (this will be required to visit other dealerships)
  • Motor Industry experience Essential!!
