There is a patio with a braai area. The unit has a separate entrance, as well as off-street parking for one vehicle.

No smoking is allowed in the unit, although you can smoke on the patio.

Rental includes water, wife and Netflix. Gas for the geyser for your own account, and there is a prepaid meter box installed for electricity.

One months rent required for deposit. Rent to be paid before the 1st of every month.
