Bridle trails link the suburb which is encircled by a secure electric fence with dedicated security patrols including motion activated cameras, making it one of the safest and most sought after country estates.

The view from all units is spectacular a 7000m2 landscaped garden, secured by it’s own electric fence and secure parking is available. A water feature which includes 3 ponds and a waterfall attract bird life The landscaped garden looks onto the 3rd hole of the Kyalami Golf Course , which features a large dam and fountain. A bridle trail network is at the base of the property. All apartments are serviced once a week and washing and ironing of linen is included in apartment pricing. No smoking allowed within apartments but the games patio is available for smokers. All linen and towels are provided. Electricity and water is included. Two washing machines and many washing lines are available for guest use as is a maid service for personal laundry at an extra charge.

We require one month’s deposit and a minimum of 3 months rental as well as a calendar months notice. All rooms are non smoking and pets are not allowed.
