To secure a Commuters Suite we require our booking form completed, signed and returned to us along with your proof of payment.
A payment of R5 500.00 secures the unit for a month and a breakage deposit of R790.00. Should you extend your stay with us each months rental is then due on the 28th of each month moving forward with a two week notice period.
Note that this is for a single occupant only.
