Our beautiful self-catering establishment "Jax Elements on 16th" is a few roads away from Jax Place based on 2nd Avenue, Edenvale.
At "Jax Elements" there is a spacious front entrance patio area with three braai facilities available which gives our guests ample opportunity to socialize. In our welcome area a spacious lounge is always lit by the midday sun and dining room area where our guests or a group can gather with ample space to enjoy the fireplace.
Our large communal kitchen lends itself to guests who wish to master their chef skills, this fully equipped kitchen is available to all guests.
Secure on-site and under cover parking is available on site, the house is secured with electric fencing.

• Executive Suites on the lower level are leased at R6 480.00 per month
• Commuters suites are leased at R5 500.00 per month
• 3/4 solid bed, working desk space, fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery

To secure The Earth Suite we require our booking form completed, signed and returned to us along with your proof of payment.
A payment of R5 500.00 secures the unit for a month and a breakage deposit of R750.00.
Should you extend your stay with us each months rental is then due on the 28th of each month moving forward with a two week notice period.
