nightstand and lamp, a dressing table & chair, floor to ceiling fitted cupboards, a wall safe and a ceiling fan. The bedroom faces east and stays at a

comfortable temperature all year round.

The property is in the quiet residential area of Park Hill, northern Durban

North where you will be able to relax in peace, either in your room or outside on the covered patio beside the pool. The house is clean, quiet and secure,

each exit has a Trellidor security gate and the property is completely

enclosed with electric fences and an electric gate, entry is gained by remote

control.

The successful applicant will have access to the fully equipped

kitchen, dining area, shared bathroom and toilet cubicle and covered patio

and pool area.

The house is within walking distance of local shops, taxi ranks,

supermarkets, take-away food outlets, pharmacies and the library in Durban North.

Conveniently located for Durban CBD, Umhlanga Rocks/Ridge, Umhlanga

Hospital, Ethekwini Chest & Heart Hospital, Springfield Industrial Park, River Horse Valley, Umgeni Business Park etc.
