Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with product selection and education

* Ensure strict compliance with company policies and legal requirements

* Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently

* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

* Restock shelves and manage basic inventory tasks

• * Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

* Must be South African

• * Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• * Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts (latest shift ends at 8pm)
• * Comfortable standing for extended periods
• * Willingness to learn and confidently explain product knowledge
• * Trustworthy, professional, and customer-service oriented
• 
  

Advantageous Skills:

* Experience in retail or customer service

* Knowledge of cannabis products and strains (training provided)
