Position: Area Manager

Areas: Phoenix and Verulam

Reaction Unit South Africa is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Area Managers to oversee our guarding operations.

Working hours: 06:00 – 18:00

Salary: Monthly

Requirements:

· Firearm Competency Certificate

· PSIRA Registered

· Strong time management and organisational skills

· Previous guarding experience will be an advantage

· Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively

· No criminal record

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee guarding compliments in the respective operational areas

· Ensure effective deployment and supervision of security personnel

· Maintain and strengthen client relationships

· Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards
