Grade B Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grade B Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security officers, ensuring effective access control, monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, and maintaining a safe environment for staff, visitors, and property. The role includes training and motivating team members, enforcing company policies, compiling incident and shift reports, and liaising with management and emergency services when required. Applicants must hold a valid PSIRA Grade B certificate, have at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the security industry, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Integrity, discipline, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are essential.
