CCTV & IT Technician

Safe n Secure is a well-established and respected security company based in Observatory. We're seeking an experienced Senior CCTV & IT Technician to join our dynamic team!

As a key member of our staff, you'll lead installations, maintenance, and repairs of CCTV systems, as well as provide top-notch IT support to our clients. You'll also mentor junior technicians and contribute to our team's growth.

Responsibilities:

- Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and networking equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair complex CCTV system issues

- Provide expert IT support, including network setup and maintenance

- Conduct site surveys and provide technical reports

- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in CCTV installation and IT support

- Knowledge of IP networking and CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.)

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
