About the Role

 

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence for Masc Solutions. This position is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with prior experience in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Your focus will be on leading the full sales cycle and delivering exceptional client service:

Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the Fire Detection & Gas Suppression service industry.

Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust client pipeline and maintain active prospect lists.

Client Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 100 sales calls per week and provide outstanding client service through regular meetings and relationship-building activities.

Proposal & Contract Management: Lead the sales process from proposal development to contract finalization and operational handover.

Service Knowledge: Understand and communicate the company's full service offering, pricing structures , and proactively address client needs by demonstrating a full understanding of the service offerings.

Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and competitor intelligence.

Quoting: Ensure timely preparation of accurate quotes.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

  • A Grade 12 qualification.

  • SAQCC FD & Gas Suppression Designer certification.

     

  • 4-5 years of sales experience specifically in the Fire Detection & Gas Suppression industry.

  • Computer literacy.

  • PSIRA registration.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
