K9 DOG HANDLER (DH1 TRAINING REQUIRED)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated K9 Dog Handler to join our security team in Kakamas, Northern Cape. The ideal candidate must be passionate about working with dogs, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality security services.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Valid DH1 K9 Training Certificate (essential)

• PSIRA Registration (preferred or required — adjust as needed)

• Previous experience as a K9 Handler

• Physically fit and able to manage working dogs

• Strong communication and incident-reporting skills

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Responsible, reliable, and professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols with an assigned K9

• Ensure proper care, feeding, and grooming of the dog

• Respond to suspicious activity and potential security threats

• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

• Follow all operational and safety protocols

• Represent the company professionally on-site
