Inbound Sales/Key Accounts Representative within Telecommunications Industry
Responsible for inbound sales and a percentage of existing clients.
Follow Sales process
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling when Sales Manager gives instruction.
Follow escalation process
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Track sales, Leads, cold quotes during the month
Supply management with reports
Keep abreast of promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Trip reports when travel takes place.
Proven work experience as a sales representative within Telecommunications Industry/Fiber industry
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience within a corporate industry
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent Customer communication skills
