Key Requirements include:

• Degree in business, marketing, property or related field *

• Own Mac/laptop

• Own Transportation

• Computer literacy -- experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

• Previous sales experience would be advantageous

*Individuals who don't meet this requirements but who can prove a strong passion for business and sales by way of a motivational letter and credible references will also be considered

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Senior Broker with buyer and seller requests

• Managing outdoor marketing strategies

• Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy

• Business Development Management / Sales

• Customer Relationship Management via telephone, email and mobile

• Conducting property valuations and brokering sales in conjunction with Senior Broker

• Orchestrating and executing property viewings

• Maintaining a knowledge of inventory on the market

• Keeping abreast with latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies

Exciting potential growth opportunity to grow into a Senior Broker within in 12-24 months.

Remuneration: R15000-R20,000 per month; structure R6,000 monthly basic, R9,000 - R14,000 incentive package based on experience.
