• Maintain and update listings of available properties;
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders;
• Promote sales via advertisements, open houses and listing services;
• Remain knowledgeable Key Competencies
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson;
• Proven track of successful sales record;
• Ability to work independently and with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
• Pleasant and trustworthy;
• MS Office familiarity;
• Valid Real estate agent’s FFC.
Education & Experience
• Completed a 12-month internship under the mentorship of a full status agent with no less than 4 years' experience;
• Completion of a NQF4 Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate with a Services SETA (SSETA) accredited training
provider;
