Sectional Title Portfolio Manager

The primary focus of the Sectional Title Portfolio Manager is to manage all facets of their portfolio and to ensure accurate, consistent and prompt financial and administrative management which should be in line with world class service delivery and in accordance with the management agreement.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree (ideally commerce, law, finance, property studies).

Paralegal background (advantage).

2 years’ experience as Sectional Title Portfolio Management

Excellent knowledge of Sectional Title Act and Companies Act


Financial management of portfolio.

Presentation of income statement packs.

Ensuring compliance of statutory requirements.

Cash management and debtor’s management and collection procedures.

Liaison to all trustees and directors.

Management of the support teams and enhancing the processes.

Creditors payments.

General administration duties.

Preparation of all budgets.

Tax registrations of complexes.

Facilitation of payroll compliance and payment processes.

Responsible for Internal Audit score and closure.

Staying abreast of all SA property laws.

Management of contractors.
