International Leader in the Insurance sector – Specialists in Long term Insurance – Life & Medical. We are looking for an Experienced Retention Administrator.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

· 3 Years’ experience in a Sales environment

· 1-year Debt collecting experience

· Insurance Industry experience

· Admin experience

· Knowledge of insurance industry products - Good marketing and sales techniques

· This position is ideal for a hard-working individual that can work independently and enjoys interacting with clients and can market products effectively.

· The candidate must also enjoy doing administration relating to the interaction with clients.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills


DUTIES:

· The retention team is responsible for the retention of the individual policyholder and resolving arrears premiums, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

· Contact clients in arrears and reach agreement on how arrears will be settled

· Retain the client by effectively handling objections and creating a need for the product

· Update administration system with bank details, contact details, cancellations and interactions with clients

· Communicating arrears premiums in writing and other client communication e.g. resubmit policy documents to clients

· Handling inbound cancellation calls and responding to client e-mails on a timely basis
