A property development company based in Cape Town Northern Suburb is seeking an energetic and self-motivated internal sales agent for its residential housing development in Kuilsriver.
The successful candidate will promote the development to potential buyers on site, manage and turn leads into sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and execute an onsite marketing strategy suited to the development.
Effectively promote the development to potential buyers on site
Successfully manage, follow up on potential leads and close deals.
Compile weekly sales reports for the management.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Experience not required, but strong natural sales and marketing ability are necessary.
Excellent communication skills with a good command of English and at least one other official SA Languages.
Quality personal, telephonic and electronic customer interaction skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Neat and tidy personal presentation.
Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
Own reliable transport with valid drivers licence essential.
Own smart phone
Must be computer literate.
