? Key Responsibilities:
?Lead, mentor, and motivate the new car sales team
? Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets
? Oversee customer interactions to ensure exceptional service
? Assist with pricing, product knowledge, and sales strategies
? Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
? Support sales consultants with deal closures and negotiations
? Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display quality
? Report on sales performance and market trends
? Manage own sales pipeline while supporting the team
