Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales department Drive sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved Manage and motivate the sales team Handle pricing, stock management, and trade-in evaluations Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives Maintain relationships with suppliers and financial institutions Prepare performance reports for senior management Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes
Requirements: ? National Senior Certificate
? Minimum 5 years in used car sales
