Hi,
NOIR Lab is entering its launch phase across makeup, skincare, and fashion and I’m looking for someone who isn’t afraid to build with intensity, intention, and ambition.
NOIR was created from a lifetime of creativity — design, beauty, construction, fashion, and the desire to build something that doesn’t fit into one box. It became a broad legacy brand because the vision was never small. NOIR is not one service; it’s an ecosystem. A place where every passion, skill, and craft evolves into something bigger than a single industry.
I’m offering a role for someone who can help drive the brand forward through:

Pulling in sales and new clients within skincare, fashion and our mastery classes hosted in CBD.

Growing and managing all social platforms

Creating clean, bold, high-impact content
-
Being part of podcasts and building your on-camera presence
-
Joining team content shoots, creative sessions, and campaign builds
-
Expanding NOIR’s presence and pushing the business across all three launches
-
Handling basic admin linked to your own work (tracking sales, managing leads, follow-ups, scheduling, content organization)
This is a remote position, with an optional office space becoming available in 2026 as the brand expands.
The person selected for this role will act as the right hand of the company working closely with me, handling delicate information, contributing to important decisions, and bringing ideas that hold real weight. Your voice matters here. Your ideas matter here. The role begins on a commission-only basis, structured as follows:

20% on all makeup bookings you bring in

10–15% on skincare product sales

12–18% on fashion sales
-
+5% monthly bonus when targets are met
