Description
Purpose of the Job:
· Will be responsible for the Sales of auto accessories including tyres.
· Will work face to face with customers and must have excellent customer service.
· Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding auto accessories.
· Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
· Suggest alternative accessory in case the required accessory is not available.
Required qualification and working knowledge:
· Completed Matric.
· 2 years of Counter Sales or Internal Sales experience.
· Working knowledge of the automotive and tyre industries is essential for this role.
· Excellent Selling skills
· Ability to Handle customers
· Excellent Telephone skills
· High Attention to detail
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Reliable and responsible
