JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of sales activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing Orders:
● Handle customer orders, ensuring they are processed promptly and accurately.
● Verify order details and ensure all necessary information is recorded in the system.
● Communicate with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
Working on Odoo:
● Utilise Odoo software for order processing, database management, and reporting.
● Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Odoo system.
Database Management:
● Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and
accurate.
● Generate reports and provide insights based on database information.
Coordination:
● Assist in coordinating with various departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth sales operations.
● Liaise with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
● Collaborate with the finance department to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
