- Conduct high-quality consultations with prospective clients.
- Drive monthly conversion targets while ensuring a premium experience is maintained.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and consistent service delivery. Before & after sale.
- Lead by example through punctuality, professionalism, and initiative to junior team members.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales team.
- Qualifications & Skills
- 3- 5+ years in sales, luxury services or goods.
- Team coaching and support.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed performance targets.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Professional communication skillsverbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Experience using CRM, and Microsoft Office more than basic or beginner levels.
- High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Well presented and professional
