Reason for Reporting
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team within the Food Ingredients Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the Food and Beverage Industry.
Minimum Requirements:-
3–5 years’ proven experience in sales within the food industry.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.

Solid understanding of food ingredients, applications, and market dynamics.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field will be advantageous.

Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing customers in the food manufacturing and processing sectors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored ingredient solutions.

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives.

Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and provide market insights.
-
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity records.
-
Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
-
Reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager / Director.
