About Us
We are a growing logistics and transport solutions company expanding our footprint within the energy, mining, and public sectors. We are looking for a dynamic, driven professional with proven experience in Eskom tenders, supplier databases, and procurement processes to help us strengthen our business relationships and secure new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prepare, and submit tenders for Eskom, government departments, and mining companies.

  • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements for tender submissions are met accurately and on time.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with procurement officials, project managers, and key decision-makers within public and industrial sectors.

  • Actively engage with departments to ensure the company is registered and up to date on relevant supplier databases.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities within logistics, energy, and related industries.

  • Maintain an updated pipeline of tenders and monitor their progress through to award stage.

  • Represent the company professionally during site visits, supplier briefings, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience completing and submitting Eskom tenders or similar public-sector tenders.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes within government and mining industries.

  • Excellent communication and networking skills – ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging with clients at all levels.

  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport advantageous.
