Job Description
Our client has an opportunity for an energetic individual to fill the position of the Junior Key Account Manager. The position is based in the East Rand. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Management and growth of key B2B customer relationships within the FMCG and manufacturing sectors
- Maintaining strong client partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Assist in managing relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clients
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly to client inquiries and needs
- Support senior team members in conducting client meetings, business reviews, and product presentations
- Monitor sales performance for each account and identify areas for growth.
- Assist in executing sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, and cross-selling within accounts
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management
- Help manage pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements in coordination with senior KAMs.
- Track stock levels, deliveries, and returns to ensure smooth operations
- Other related opportunities
