Description
Desired Experience & Qualification
- The ideal candidate will have a background in trades such as Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or a similar field, and is looking to transition from a machining/shop environment into sales
- Trade background (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or similar).
- Basic PC skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads through proactive, "hunter" sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify client needs and provide technical solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Travel to client sites as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Package & Remuneration
- R25 000 - R30 000 per month + Company phone, Fuel card & Car allowance
- Additionally, commissions will be between 1% & 1.5% of total sales made
