Junior Sales Representative (Freshpact Fluted Pape

Job Requirements:

? 3-year tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or Agricultural Science
? Fluent in English and Afrikaans
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
? A confident, energetic, and determined approach
? Ability to communicate with customers at all levels
? The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
? Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with potential and exciting customers
? Sound technical understanding and ability to problem solve customers' problems and offer solutions
? This is a regional sales role, so the ability to travel is important
? Valid drivers license
? Strong business acumen

Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
? New business and market development - Grow existing market segments and develop and enter /disrupt new
markets and applications
? Local and international competitor analysis and product benchmarking
? Tracking and actively building and expanding the regional sales footprint
? Building, maintaining and managing excellent supplier relations
? Understanding customer requirements, offering technical support and solution selling
? Continuous business improvement. (Making sure its a pleasure to do business with us)
? Resolution of customer complains
? Monitoring of our paper trays and products in trade to ensure fit-for-purpose performance
