- Matric
- SAB Business One (SAB B1)
- Proven experience as an internal sales administrator within the manufacturing industry (paint / coatings / chemical).
- Previous experience in a role that involves both phone-based and face-to-face customer interaction.
- Experience with an ERP system is essential; direct, hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
- Familiarity with a CRM system; experience with HubSpot.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly with data entry and order processing.
- Accurately and efficiently process incoming sales orders using SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Generate and send quotations, pro-forma invoices, and order confirmations.
- Verify all order details, including product codes, pricing, delivery information, and customer account status.
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and coordinate dispatch.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer.
- Maintain and update customer records and log all interactions in CRM system.
- Act as a key liaison between our external sales representatives and internal departments (e.g. finance, logistics, technical).
