Exports Sales Executive / Manager (Agriculture)

Minimum requirements:
The following are non-negotiable:

• 3-5 Years experience in Agriculture (Horticulture specific even better)
• (Bonus: previous experience in the African Agriculture Market)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales (African Market).
• Strong knowledge of the Agriculture and/or Horticulture industry
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English (both spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel extensively across Africa.

Requirements:
· Develop and expand export sales in the African market.
· Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
· Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
· Negotiate and close sales deals to meet company targets.
· Travel across Africa for business development (when not traveling, work from Head Office in Johannesburg).
· Provide sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
