Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• â?? Proven capital equipment sales experience
• â?? Strong technical or engineering background (Diploma/Degree preferred)
• â?? Track record of closing high-value project or equipment deals
• â?? Experience selling into mining, manufacturing, energy, construction or heavy industries
• â?? Established client network is highly advantageous
• â?? Valid drivers license and a willingness to travel

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Selling large-scale equipment, machinery, or engineered solutions
• Managing the full sales cycles, from specification to commissioning
• Engaging with EPCMs, consultants, Plant Managers, and procurement teams
• Managing long-term client relationships and repeat capital projects
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and deal-closing ability
• Ability to understand technical specifications and applications
