- Degree or Diploma in business, marketing or a related field is a plus
- Ability to understand technical product specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products
- Use of ERP System Microsoft BC
- Previous experience in the Fastener industry will be an advantage Technical knowledge is preferred
- Proven experience in sales, customer service role
