Technical Sales Representative
Technical Sales Representative required by client in the fastening systems sector.
Applicants must have extensive relevant fastener product sales experience
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and strengthen existing customer relations
New business development
Provide technically assistance to help clients selecting the correct product.
Call cycle management
Presentation / demonstration / training on fastening systems and products
Monitor competitor activity
Handle customer account queries
Delivery orders to customers when necessary
Visit clients on a weekly basis
Ensure compliance to operational and legal Health and Safety requirements.
Ensure that customers are given excellent customer service and are kept informed of any service delays or problems
Desired Experience & Qualification
Sales and Marketing Diploma or Degree advantageous
3 – 5 years external sales experience
Experience selling fastening systems essential
Valid driver’s license
