- BCom in Business Administration/Marketing
- Minium of 7 years experience in a Key Account Management role, preferably in luxury, fashion or jewellery
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Out of the box thinker with a passion for luxury and lifestyle brands
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and brand visibility
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners and high-end clients
- Manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
- Negotiate commercial terms, trade agreements, and in-store activations
- Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations
- Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Regularly visit key accounts and provide exceptional service and brand training to partners
