Key Responsibilities
Channel & Partner Management
- Manage and support a portfolio of Channel Partners (3-6) from a sales and growth perspective.
- Work closely with Distributors, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Partners to develop engagement plans and identify required support, training, or resources.
- Assess partner capabilities, identify gaps (skills, certifications, product knowledge), and drive upskilling initiatives.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Drive sales of ICT infrastructure solutions, including Networking, Storage, Data Center, and Cloud technologies.
- Track partner performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets, ensuring accountability and results.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both Channel Partners and End Customers.
- Leverage partner relationships to drive incremental revenue and expand Huaweis footprint in the market.
Marketing & JMF Management
- Coordinate with partners on Joint Marketing Fund (JMF) applications, ensuring proper documentation and ROI tracking.
- Plan and support marketing activities, partner events, and product awareness initiatives.
Core Requirements
- Channel Sales Experience: Proven experience working with Distributors and/or OEMs in the ICT industry.
- Technical Sales Background and ICT Market Insight: Strong understanding of Enterprise IT, Networking, Storage, Data Center, and Cloud Solutions.
- Partner Management: Ability to manage and grow multiple partners simultaneously.
- Strategic Capability: Skilled in strategy building, execution, and administrative follow-through.
