Requirements:
-Matric essential
-Minimum 5 years’ experience within a dealership environment
At least 3 years in a Used Vehicle Sales Management position
-Demonstrated success in achieving sales and gross profit targets
-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
-Sound knowledge of vehicle valuations, reconditioning, and retail trends
-Excellent customer service orientation and business acumen
-Ability to perform under pressure and lead a high-performing sales team
-Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, motivate, and develop the used vehicle sales team to deliver exceptional results
-Drive stock turnover through innovative sales and marketing strategies
-Manage trade-ins, valuations, and pricing to ensure profitability
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
-Oversee inventory control, stock aging, and market competitiveness
-Ensure compliance with dealership processes, standards, and financial controls
-Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
-Prepare detailed sales reports and performance updates for senior management
