If there is any gentlemen on here with commercial premises that is open-minded and happy to rent out / partner on a venture, please do let me know.Ideally would be around 70 to 100sqm, not in too public through fare, near parking and near one of the following areas:Claremont / Rondebosch / Wynberg / Kenilworth / etc. But open to other suggestions.Something like first floor offices with own entrance, or quiet retail space would work well. Concept is around a private adult lounge similar to AdultWorld, but invite only and made to look like offices in front. Basically a discreet private place for guys to hook up.Has worked really successfully in a test done from Feb to end of March 2024, but was a short term lease whilst owner waited to find a long term tenant. It's not sleazy and really discreet, and returns are good. I will pay for all shop fitting and kit out.Hope to hear from you soon.
