We are looking to recruit experienced female Shop Assistants to work in Bothasig and Edgemead on a casual basis. Ideally we require one lady to work between the two stores and will then consider full time employment after probation.
Our team members are responsible for:
Providing every customer with world class customer service.
Ensuring the store performs and reaches set targets.
Ensuring turnover growth and profitability.
Ensuring the store is clean, merchandised and trading during set hours.
Administration duties (cash-up, stocktake, ordering/receiving) and operating the cash register.
Will be required to work most weekends and public holidays.
Adhering to all company and store policies, procedures and instructions.
Requirements for the roles:
Minimum 1 year retail sales experience required serving customers, cash management and admin duties.
Matric (grade 12).
Friendly and energetic customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans).
Work well within a team, but also capable of working alone.
Computer literate to operate the Point of Sale System or a cash register.
Passion for retail and the willingness to learn, grow and advance in your professional life.
