AL-KO Pretoria Store Manager

We are looking for results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a minimum of 3 years background in retail management and financial planning.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

· Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability.

· Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.

· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

· Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

· Propose innovative ideas to increase sales.

· Pricing and profit margin.

· Stock mix and general procurement.



Experience:

· Technical knowledge of trailer chassis and other components will be an advantage.

· Practical camping experience will be a plus.

· Fitment and servicing will be an advantage.

· You need to be a hands on worker.
